Over the past couple of weeks, I have noticed that when I learn something new and happen to be extremely excited about it (i.e. bokeh with Christmas lights), I tend to have a rough time moving on to something else for a few days…
In short, I woke up this morning thinking about how I could be more creative with the water drops I now seem to be fixated on, and food coloring came to mind.
As you will probably notice, I started off with red and then added blue. All of these shots were taken at 300mm, ISO 100, 1/200 sec, f/8, and I used my Speedlite again.
Also, thanks to my handy-dandy shutter release remote, I was able to capture way more than I thought I would be able to 🙂

Thanks, Katie… And yes I was! Gonna take a break from it though because there’s quite a bit of set-up involved and it’s time to really start getting ready for the holidays. 🙂
